At Techy Blinder, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds, subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and invoice are included
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper setup are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-built PCs or special-order configurations
- Opened software, digital downloads, or licenses
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
- Gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if item is defective or damaged)
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or a video of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund after assessment
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process must be followed
